Available Works
The estate maintains a healthy collection of casts found in Olovson’s studios of which he had two in Paris, after his death. Some are being kept as part of the family colletion but some are available for sale.
Olovson was meticulous in the recording of his casts and only used a few of the top foundries in Paris and these records are keep safely in the estate archive. This has meant the Estate is able to legitmately under French Law complete editions started in his life-time and so a few pieces are being cast each year, partly to promote Gudmar’s life but also to fund the storage and maintenance of the estate. These works may also be cast to order but can only be cast by the foundries that were used during the artist’s lifetime.
